Project Timeline
GET IN TOUCH
Within 24 business hours of receiving your enquiry, we will contact you to schedule an initial visit to your property.
SITE VISIT
Within 7 working days, Jamie, our Director, will meet with you at your property to discuss your window/door requirements, and take some measurements.
QUOTATION
Following Jamie's visit, we will provide you with a detailed estimate via email.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once you are happy to proceed, we will send you a contract via email for you to sign electronically, along with your 50% deposit invoice. Deposits are fully covered by an insurance policy.
AGREEMENT
Within 2-4 working days, we will provide you with detailed drawings using the specifications your windows/doors will be manufactured to, for you to sign off on. An installation date will be agreed on, based on the manufacturing timeframe.
MANUFACTURING
Your windows/doors will go in to production. Timescales are dependent on materials. Timescales range between 6-10 weeks.
MANUFACTURING INVOICE
A week before the scheduled installation date, we will send you your manufacturing invoice for 25% of the total amount.
INSTALLATION
Our team of expert fitters will be on site to complete installation. The number of days will be confirmed ahead of time.
FINAL INVOICE
Following completion, we will send you your final invoice for 25% of the total amount.
DOCUMENTATION
We will complete your guarantee paperwork, and forward to you via email. We will advise FENSA of completion, and ask them to forward you the documentation (if applicable).
AFTERCARE
We are always available for any further questions or queries you may have.
